Turn Around Time (TAT)
The current TAT on products is 15-20 business days from the time order is placed. Orders are placed on weekly basis and ordering dates will be noted on specific products or themed-drops in my Facebook group. If TAT is expected to be shorter or longer than typical, this will be noted in the product list.
For example: Pre-order items, such as Bamboo clothing, ranges between 4-8 weeks before they come to me.
Ordering
Items on the website will have varying ordering quantities which will be specified in the product descriptions. Products available on the website will be limited, where as products posted in the Facebook group typically have unlimited quantities until the order date is reached, those items will then be closed for ordering.
Please understand that the date YOU place your order does NOT start TAT. TAT begins from the time I place the bulk orders. Ordering information and updates will be communicated with you including any shipping delays.
Payment and Refunds
Orders through the Facebook will be invoiced via PayPal. Invoices are required to be paid within 48 hours, or before the order is placed, whichever comes first. Any outstanding invoices will be cancelled and your items will NOT be ordered. If this is to happen more than once without explanation, you will be removed from the group.
Refunds WILL NOT be accepted once orders have been placed unless: product comes damaged, I make a mistake in style, size or design, or if the item goes out-of-stock before shipping. There will be NO exceptions to this policy.
Discounts and Specials
Periodically, products will go on sale, or have special pricing. These discounts will only last up to 5 days, but most are offered for one day only. Please note that when ordering items with specials or discounts, your invoice MUST be paid before the special closes. You may still purchase this item after the sale ends, however, they will return to normal pricing.
